Hey. I know that there have been many women in American history who are willing to go ahead to help people who are deprived of the benefits. Let's talk about that.

There were many women who helped people in the difficult American times of the 19th century. I'll talk about Dorothea Dix. This woman was a teacher by vocation and activist in the soul. She taught children and people without education. As well as Dorothea Dix made a reform in medical institutions. Thanks to her, many hospitals for the mentally ill were opened.
