Inverted loop

I imagine it would be possible to drive an 'inverted loop', i.e. starting on top of a hoop of track (on the outside of the hoop) and following it all the way around on the outside of the hoop - so that when you passed the lowest point, the top of your head would point at the ground.

From some experiments on the bendier sections of track in the 'credits' landscape, I think that if you start at 12 o'clock, then as you come down past 3o'clock, you have to use the front attitude jets (i.e. keyboard control 'W') to keep your car on the road, but if the hoop is large enough, without too much curvature, then by the time you were inverted you'd be sticking to the underside in a regular ceiling drive.

Has anyone found a good bit of track to demonstrate this? And pulled it off? With a video?

Ha! It sure is possible, and the perfect piece of track on which to perform it is this one:
